Furnish your own bright suite to your personal style. Each suite in the Lodge contains a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, a sink and cupboard area, large closet & storage spaces, a bathroom with safety grab- bar features and sliding glass doors to an outdoor patio. Your suite is yours to decorate as you wish with your favourite furniture, art & personal effects. You can choose from a selection of Studio, One Bedroom or Two Bedroom apartments.

MONTHLY RENTAL FEES

Think of all the expenses it takes to run a house or condo! From mortgage fees to taxes, to utilities and maintenance, it can really add up. Your all inclusive monthly rent includes meals, housekeeping, all services and utilities (with the exception of your telephone), activities and 24 hour security. Rents are based on the size and location of your suite. There is no complicated contract, no buy-in, no financial investment and no long term lease. Our leases run month to month.

Four Styles of Rental Suites for You to Choose From:

"The Wings" Studio Suite:

• Adjacent to our main Lodge, unique one room suite with private bathroom
• Community shared kitchen, dining room, TV/sitting room and outside patios
• Approximate square footage is 275 square feet
• All inclusive monthly rent is only $1,299.00

Studio Suite:

• Cozy one room suite with private bathroom, balcony, small kitchenette and storage closets
• Approximate square footage is 360 square feet
• All inclusive monthly rent between $1,850.00 and $1,950.00

One Bedroom Suite:

• Living/sitting room with large bedroom, private bathroom, balcony, kitchenette and storage closets. (Most one bedroom suites have
  an in-suite storage room)
• Approximate square footage is 520 square feet
• All inclusive monthly rent between $2,150.00 and $2,250.00

Two Bedroom Suite:

• Spacious living/sitting room, large private balcony deck, bedroom with walk-in closet, a second room that can be used as an office, bedroom or computer room, private bathroom with access from the bedroom, kitchenette and ample storage closets
• Approximate square footage is 670 square feet
• All inclusive monthly rent between $2,300.00 and $2,500.00
